It's about the right time of year to re-visit some images from Vent Haven, the world's only museum dedicated to ventriloquial figures in Ft. Mitchell, KY.
For some these are the things of nightmares and there certainly is an unsettling spark of life that can be glimpsed in the eyes of these remarkable creations. They are also things of incredible beauty.
