Staying the Blazes Home!

With beaches still in lockdown, one of my main sources for nature and landscape photography has been taken off the table. We all want to do our part to beat this pandemic, so while i'm not convinced closing beaches in the off-season in Nova Scotia has much of an affect in this battle against covid-19 i am doing my best to be a good citizen and stay away from the shoreline.
I am fortunate, however, to live in the countryside and to have a lovely wooded area at the back of my acre of land that i can explore with a fairly secure assurance of social distancing. This land keeps me sane in these uncertain times and allows me a necessary communion with the natural world that would have been impossible if this had all gone down back in my days of deep urban living.
